1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of KlastroHeron (the “Service”) provided by Klastrovanie Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).
2. Description of Service
- The Service is a subscription-based SaaS that provides research trend, clinical implications, study limitations, and clinical summarization of academic literature based on user requests.
- As a digital-only service, no physical goods are delivered.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Payments are processed through Paddle (Merchant of Record) via Apple Pay or Credit Card
- Upon successful payment, a license token and a receipt will be sent to the user’s registered email address.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Nature of Digital Content: Due to the nature of digital software, refunds may be restricted once the license token has been issued or the service has been accessed.
- Subscription Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time via the link provided in the billing emails or through the service settings.
- Upon cancellation, users will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
5. Data and Privacy
- All data processing is performed on AWS infrastructure located in Europe.
- User data is processed anonymously and is not used for AI training purposes.
- AI-related data is temporarily stored for 30 days for quality assurance and then permanently deleted
6. Medical & Diagnostic Disclaimer
- NOT FOR DIAGNOSTIC USE: The Service is for informational and research purposes only and provides reference information based on academic literature. It is NOT intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision-making, or as a substitute for professional medical advice.
- User Responsibility: Users must not rely on the information provided by the Service for making medical or clinical decisions. The Company shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided by the Service.
- MANDATORY MEDICAL CONSULTATION: Users MUST consult with a licensed physician or veterinarian regarding any health concerns or symptoms. The Service should never be used as a basis for making medical or clinical decisions.
