Surgeons successfully treated a rare case of multilevel cervical disc disease using innovative hybrid surgery, combining disc replacement at C2-3 with fusion at C4-5 and C5-6. The 62-year-old patient experienced significant symptom relief, with preserved neck mobility at the upper level. This approach demonstrates that artificial disc replacement is feasible for uncommon upper cervical pathology.
