Abstract Summary

Arthroscopy-assisted surgery shows promising results for complex heel fractures. A 60-patient study found that minimally invasive fixation of displaced calcaneal fractures achieved 100% healing with no major complications. Patients showed excellent functional outcomes (AOFAS score: 88.2) and minimal pain at 12-month follow-up, with sustained fracture reduction throughout recovery.
