Abstract Summary

A rare case of pelvic sarcoma was successfully treated using a novel multimodal approach. An elderly woman with a large, inoperable pleomorphic undifferentiated sarcoma received chemotherapy plus targeted therapy, followed by specialized embolization and surgery with a 3D-printed prosthesis. At one year, she showed complete remission with restored function—offering hope for managing these challenging tumors.
