Abstract Summary

A novel predictive model combining clinical factors and CT radiomic features accurately forecasts immunotherapy response in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients. The model, incorporating C-reactive protein, tumor size, PD-L1 status, and seven imaging features, achieved superior performance (AUC 0.953) compared to clinical assessment alone, enabling personalized treatment decisions after just two therapy cycles.

Why Brain? 🧠

CT radiomics combined with clinical factors accurately predicts immunotherapy response in advanced lung cancer patients after just two treatment cycles, enabling earlier personalized treatment decisions.
