Abstract Summary

Global health policies addressing tuberculosis, HIV, and antimicrobial resistance remain largely siloed, despite their interconnections. Analysis of policy documents from 2015-2024 reveals limited integration: TB and HIV are occasionally linked, but AMR is rarely connected to either. No comprehensive framework exists for joint action or monitoring across all three priorities.

Why Brain? ๐Ÿง

WHO policies on TB, HIV & AMR remain siloed with limited integration, risking resource inefficiency. Authors urge unified governance frameworks to optimize outcomes in resource-limited settings.

Study Limitations:

Analysis of global health policy documents from January 2015 to February 2024
Focus limited to content analysis through word frequency and thematic framework analysis
No documented comprehensive overview includes the overall framework of three health priorities
