Abstract Summary
Rare kidney disease linked to leukemia responds to targeted treatment. An 80-year-old with chronic lymphocytic leukemia developed immunotactoid glomerulopathy, causing protein loss and kidney injury. Chemotherapy targeting the underlying leukemia led to disease remission and restored kidney function, highlighting the importance of treating the root hematological cause.
