Transvaginal natural orifice surgery (v-NOTES) shows promising results for treating ectopic pregnancy. A study of 40 patients found v-NOTES delivered significantly less postoperative pain, shorter hospital stays, and faster return to normal activity (16 vs 25 hours) compared to standard laparoscopic surgery, while maintaining comparable safety and operative outcomes with higher patient satisfaction.
