Abstract Summary

Atrial overdrive pacing successfully treated drug-resistant electrical storm after heart attack in a 62-year-old woman. This technique restored normal heart rhythm by suppressing dangerous arrhythmias while avoiding complications from ventricular pacing. After 9 months, no arrhythmias recurred and heart function improved significantly.

Why Brain? 🧠

Atrial overdrive pacing successfully stopped life-threatening heart rhythm storms after heart attack when drugs failed, offering a safer alternative that preserves heart function and avoids complications of standard treatments.
