Abstract Summary

Study reveals older adults’ needs for community sports parks in China using the Kano model. Survey of 838 respondents identified must-have features (public services, sports facilities, fitness guidance) and satisfaction drivers (lighting, environmental quality, health programs). Findings show convenience prevents dissatisfaction while environmental comfort boosts satisfaction most, providing evidence for age-friendly park design.
