Abstract Summary
Asia now accounts for over one-third of the global multiple myeloma burden and is growing faster than other regions. From 1990-2021, cases surged across all metrics, with projections showing continued increase until 2050, particularly among men. East and South Asia bear the heaviest burden, while Central Asia shows the fastest growth. Disparities are stark: wealthier areas diagnose more cases, while poorer regions underreport due to limited resources.
