Abstract Summary

Surgeons successfully treated a rare case of recurrent anal canal cancer using an innovative dual-flap technique. The 52-year-old patient presented with a large tumor, rectovaginal fistula, and malignancy-related hypercalcemia. Complete tumor removal combined with omental packing and gracilis flap reconstruction resolved all complications, normalized biomarkers, and significantly improved quality of life.
