Abstract Summary
Rare case of primary scrotal lymphoma in an 81-year-old man initially mimicked testicular cancer but proved to be aggressive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Unusual “skip metastasis” to mediastinum without regional lymph node involvement highlighted the disease’s atypical behavior. With >90% Ki-67 index and stage IV presentation, the patient died within 3 months after refusing treatment—underscoring the critical need for early biopsy and heightened clinical suspicion when evaluating scrotal masses.
Why Brain? ðŸ§
Rare scrotal lymphoma case shows aggressive behavior with unusual skip metastasis pattern, emphasizing need for early biopsy and vigilance as symptoms mimic common malignancies.
