Abstract Summary

Over half of uncircumcised men who have sex with men surveyed at US pride events would consider circumcision if proven to reduce HIV risk. Willingness was highest among Black MSM and those concerned about penile cancer, though worries about post-surgical pain and infection remained common barriers. These findings suggest targeted education addressing risks and benefits could support uptake.
